PSC One Time Registration

Kerala PSC or Kerala Public Service Commission online platform is known as Thulasi. The Kerala Government has introduced Kerala PSC registration in January 2012. The Kerala PSC Thulasi registration is mandatory for all candidates who want to apply for Kerala PSC recruitment. This KPSC Thulasi registration system helps all job seeker to know all the latest jobs released by Government. Candidate will get job notification to their registered mobile number. In this article, we look at the procedure for completing Kerala PSC registration in detail.

Scanned Photograph

Your recent photograph in digital form with following specification is required for Kerala PSC Thulasi Login.

  • Maximum Size : 30Kb
  • Image Dimension : 150W * 200H pixel
  • Image Type : JPG

Note: Applicant name and date of photo taken must be in scripted (in two lines) in black colour text with white rectangular background at the bottom of the Photograph.

Image of Siganture

Your signature should be put on a good quality white paper with blue/black ink

  • Maximum Size : 30Kb
  • Image Dimension : 150W * 100H pixel
  • Image Type : JPG

ID proof

As per KPSC Thulasi website, you may use your Aadhaar, an account number of any nationalized bank, driving licence, voter ID, PAN card and Passport for one-time registration.

Email & Mobile number

Email & mobile number are very important. Mobile number should be verified by OTP when you sign up into KPSC Thulasi. Exam alerts will be sent to this number only.

Steps to Follow:-

Step 1: Initially, open the Kerala public commission service official website

Step 2: Click on ‘New Registration’ tab visible at mid of home page.

Step 3: You will be redirected to the New Registration Page

Step 4: Provide Basic Details over there…Give User ID and Password and Declaration. Finally give Access Code and Click Register Button.

Login again using Username and Password

Step 5:Update Personal Details

Step6:Update Communication Details

Step7:Upload Photograph

Step8:Upload Signature

Step9:Previw and Submit

Note: Save your User ID and Password for future reference. Never share the Profile login details with anyone.

Step10:Update Profile Information:-
Before applying a job you have to update your profile with details like educational qualification, languages etc, then only you can apply a job with a specific qualification .Click on My profile tap in home page and enter all details Like below:-

Add educational qualifications

Click the link No .1 in red colour in the home screen to add your qualifications. Clicking Add button to add your educational qualification one by one, starting from 10th standard.

Add languages 

Include your mother tongue and languages you known by clicking the 2nd link in homepage.

Give declaration

In this section you have to enter below mentioned details.

  • Present Employment : Presently a central /state government employee
  • Preferences : If you have any preferences, i.e ,for categories such as physically handicapped, sportsmen ,army quota etc.
  • Experience : If you have any work experiences

Here you will get questions with answer in yes/no format. If you are claiming anything in this declaration, then you have to add details of that claim in the next step by going to home page back.
